We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our NetSuite environment and help drive how our business runs day-to-day. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, making a real impact on how we scale, improve processes, and support our teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the performance, roadmap, and overall health of our NetSuite platform
- Lead and support a team of NetSuite administrators and system resources
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve workflows and system capabilities
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee system configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements
- Manage third-party vendors, developers, and ERP-related projects
- Ensure strong governance around data integrity, security, and system controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Support audits, reporting, and ongoing system improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of ERP / business systems experience, with strong hands-on NetSuite expertise
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or system functions
- Solid understanding of financials, inventory, order management, and warehouse operations
- Experience working in distribution, supply chain, or similar environments
- Strong communicator who can work across both technical and business teams
Nice to have:
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Admin, ERP Consultant)
- Experience with WMS, EDI, integrations, or warehouse technologies
- Exposure to SuiteScript, workflows, or reporting tools
- Experience supporting audits or compliance processes
