In this role, you’ll develop relationships with retail, wholesale, and food-service customers while identifying new opportunities in key U.S. markets. You’ll combine strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving to position our imported fresh produce for success. You’ll also collaborate closely with our logistics, import, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution from sourcing to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a strong customer pipeline across key U.S. markets
- Develop and manage relationships with retail, wholesale, and food-service partners
- Present product solutions that consider merchandising, margin, and market trends
- Conduct market research and analyze pricing, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Create data-driven proposals and business cases
- Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and customer growth strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with import, logistics, and finance teams
- Bring a startup mindset—innovating, adapting, and improving processes as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods (sales, marketing, or category management preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with comfort making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, adaptable, and results-focused
- Experience in cross-border or international business is an asset
- Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events reguarily
