Corporate Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Corporate Human Resources Manager to support our HR Director and lead day-to-day corporate HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing big-picture HR strategy with rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

You’ll provide leadership to a small but mighty HR team, partner closely with leadership, and ensure our HR practices support business goals while staying fully compliant with employment legislation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members, including the HR Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist/Marketing
  • Oversee HR systems, including HRIS (Plex), attendance tracking, and general HR administration
  • Manage performance management programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR policies and employment matters
  • Support workplace investigations and ensure compliance with legislation (ESA, AODA, OHSA, WSIA, Human Rights Code, etc.)
  • Develop, track, and analyze HR metrics to support informed decision-making
  • Lead HR projects and drive continuous process improvements
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and proactively advise leadership on HR risks

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • CHRP designation (or currently working toward CHRL)
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
