We’re looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong background in tire/automotive to lead daily operations at a high-volume location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the front counter and the back shop—and knows how to keep everything running smoothly when things get busy.
The right person is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and naturally steps in to support both customers and the team. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to support hiring and help build out the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail and service shop
- Schedule, manage, and support technicians and front-line staff
- Ensure a consistently strong customer experience
- Provide guidance and expertise on tire products and automotive services
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational challenges
- Keep communication flowing between the retail counter and shop floor
- Support inventory management alongside warehouse staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with future hiring and team growth initiatives
- Work closely with the leadership team to support business goals
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5+ years of experience in tire retail or automotive service
- Strong knowledge of tire products, services, and shop operations
- Proven experience leading or supervising staff, including scheduling and coaching
- Confident problem-solver who stays professional and customer-focused under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on leader who’s comfortable working both at the counter and in the shop
