We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Financial Administrator to lead and optimize our NetSuite ERP financial platform. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong accounting background and extensive hands-on NetSuite experience who can bridge Finance, Operations, and IT to drive process improvements, system efficiency, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials.
- Manage system configurations, workflows, dashboards, reporting, roles, and permissions.
- Support core accounting functions including AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Support month-end, year-end close activities, audits, and internal controls.
- Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance across the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams on system enhancements and business process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, inventory, purchasing, and order management.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, supply chain, logistics, automotive, or inventory-driven environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
