We’re partnering with a growing, values-driven organization in the senior living space to find a Regional Wellness Manager who’s ready to make a real impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support multiple communities—guiding clinical operations, developing strong teams, and helping elevate wellness programs and care delivery. If you’ve built your career in retirement living, long-term care, or community health and are looking to step into a broader leadership role, this is a great opportunity to do just that.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as a trusted advisor to Wellness Managers and Community Directors on care delivery, assessments, and risk management
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (RHRA, IPAC, CNO, Public Health) across multiple sites
Leading audits, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coaching and mentoring Wellness leaders to build strong, high-performing teams
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff
Using data and insights to drive better care outcomes and operational performance
Partnering on budgeting, planning, and service delivery strategies
Managing relationships with external partners including pharmacies and care providers
What we’re looking for:
RN or RPN designation (in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario)
5+ years in a Director of Care or Wellness Manager role
3+ years in a regional or multi-site leadership position
Strong clinical judgment with a passion for coaching and team development
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
Comfortable with clinical systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region
